Q开关1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合外用氨甲环酸针治疗黄褐斑的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG Laser Combined with Topical Tranexamic Acid Needle in the Treatment of Chloasma

目的探讨Q开关1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合外用氨甲环酸针治疗黄褐斑的效果情况。方法方便选取吉林市中心医院2017年2月-2019年2月收治的68例黄褐斑患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组30例和观察组38例,观察两组患者黄褐斑积分、黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分情况,观察两组患者疗效情况。结果两组患者治疗前黄褐斑积分、黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组黄褐斑积分(1.7±0.1)分低于对照组(2.1±0.2)分、观察组黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分(8.2±1.1)分低于对照组(15.8±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.760、16.290,P<0.05),观察组患者临床总有效率97.4%高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.434,P<0.05)。结论 Q开关1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合外用氨甲环酸针治疗黄褐斑患者,黄褐斑症状改善明显,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with topical tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma.Methods Convenient to select of 68 patients with chloasma admitted to Jilin Central Hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.30 patients in the control group and 38 patients in the observation group,observe the chloasma integral,chloasma area and severity score,observe the efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The comparison of the chloasma score,chloasma area and severity score between the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the chloasma score(1.7±0.1)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(2.1±0.2)points.The area and severity scores of chloasma in the observation group(8.2±1.1)points were lower than those of the control group(15.8±2.6)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=10.760,16.290 P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.4%higher than that of the control group 73.3%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.434,P<0.05).Conclusion Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with topical tranexamic acid injection in the treatment of patients with chloasma can improve the symptoms of chloasma and the effect is good.
