四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者的护理探讨

Discussion on Nursing Care of Patients with Joint Stiffness after Limb Fracture

目的四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者的护理分析。方法方便选取2018年4月-2019年4月间经该院确诊的74例四肢骨折后关节僵硬者,基于病案编号尾号单双数分组,Ⅰ组37例,采用常规护理;另37例入Ⅱ组,予以优质护理;比较焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、康复情况、生活质量量表(SF-36)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、满意率差异。结果干预前,两组生活质量、情绪、疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,Ⅱ组SF-36评分高于Ⅰ组,SAS、SDS、VAS评分低于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组康复疗效(97.30%)高于Ⅰ组(75.68%),满意率(94.59%)高于Ⅰ组(72.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.666、6.366,P<0.05)。结论为四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者提供优质护理,利于患者患肢活动功能更好、更快地复旧,降低围治疗期疼痛感知,提升最终生活质量,改善患者疾病期情绪状态,应用满意度高。

Objective To analyze the nursing experience of patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture.Methods convenient select a total of 74 patients with joint stiffness after limb fractures diagnosed by our unit from April 2018 to April 2019 were grouped into groups based on the odd and even numbers of the medical record number.37 cases in group I were treated with routine care;the other 37 cases in group II were treated with high-quality care;compare the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),rehabilitation status,quality of life scale(SF-36),visual analog pain score(VAS),and satisfaction rate.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significantly difference in the quality of life,mood,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SF-36 score of groupⅡwas higher than that of groupⅠ,and the scores of SAS,SDS,and VAS were lower than groupⅠ.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effect of groupⅡ(97.30%)was higher than that of groupⅠ(75.68%),and the satisfaction rate(94.59%)was higher than that of groupⅠ(72.97%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.666,6.366,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality care for patients with joint stiffness after limb fractures is conducive to better mobility of the affected limb and faster recovery,reduces pain perception during the peri-treatment period,improves the final quality of life,improves the emotional state of the patient during the disease period,and application satisfaction is high.
