全面护理在进行雾化吸入治疗的急性喉炎患儿中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Acute Laryngitis Undergoing Nebulization Inhalation Therapy

目的分析全面护理干预在雾化吸入治疗的急性喉炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法 2018年4月-2019年11月方便选择该院行雾化吸入治疗的急性喉炎患儿106例为研究对象。依据不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组,各53例。两组均进行雾化吸入治疗,对照组和观察组分别行常规护理和全面护理。比较两组患儿治疗依从性评分、临床症状缓解时间和护理满意度。结果雾化治疗期间,观察组患儿的主动治疗、哭闹程度、情绪控制和治疗顺利程度等依从性评分均较对照组患儿明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床症状好转时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿家长满意度方面,观察组96.23%明显高于对照组的81.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.014,P<0.05)。结论对雾化吸入治疗的急性喉炎患儿实施全面护理,能够显著提高其治疗依从性,缩短临床症状转归时间,获得家长对护理质量更高的认可度,实践意义较大。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with acute laryngitis treated by nebulization inhalation.Methods 106 children with acute laryngitis who underwent nebulization inhalation treatment in the hospital were convenient selected as the research objects from April 2018 to November 2019.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with53 cases in each.Both groups were treated with aerosol inhalation,and the control group and observation group were treated with routine care and comprehensive care.The treatment compliance score,clinical symptom relief time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results During the nebulization treatment,the compliance scores of active treatment,crying degree,emotional control and treatment smoothness of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of children in the observation group improved better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of parents’satisfaction with children,96.23%in the observation group was significantly higher than 81.13%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.014,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive care for children with acute laryngitis treated by nebulized inhalation can significantly improve their treatment compliance,shorten the time of clinical symptom return,and obtain higher parents’recognition of the quality of care,which is of greater practical significance.
