人文关怀护理在维持性血透患者应用中对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Humanistic Care Nursing on Patients’ Anxiety and Depression in the Application of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探究人文关怀护理在维持性血透患者治疗中应用对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响情况。方法方便选择68例于该院接受维持性血透治疗的患者作为该次的观察对象,均为2019年1-12月期间入院,分组方法为随机数表法,每组34例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施人文关怀护理,对比对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响情况。结果经护理后,两组患者的SDS以及SAS评分比较,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组总满意率为97.06%,显著高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.785,P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理在维持性血透患者治疗中应用可有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,使患者能更好地配合治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing in the treatment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis on patients’anxiety and depression.Methods 68 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in the hospital were conveniently selected as the observation objects for this time.They were all admitted from January to December 2019.The grouping method was random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given humane care to compare the effects on patients’anxiety and depression.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and it was lower in the observation group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than the control group 70.59%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.785,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the treatment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of the patients,so that the patients can better cooperate with the treatment.
