腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术的术中护理配合效果研究

Study on the Effect of Intraoperative Nursing Cooperation in Laparoscopic High Ligation of Hernia in Children

目的探讨对小儿疝气式用腹腔镜下高位结扎手术并配合护理的临床效果。方法 2019年5月-2020年5月方便收集到配合该研究的小儿疝气患者76例,对这些患者进行编号,然后对编号进行随机抽取,分为两组,研究组38例,用腹腔镜下高位结扎手术并配合针对性护理,对照组38例,用腹腔镜下高位结扎手术并配合常规护理。对两组的护理、并发症进行对比,并评价护理满意度。结果研究组护理效果92.11%优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.604,P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症发生率0.00%比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.352,P<0.05)。结论对小儿疝气式用腹腔镜下高位结扎手术并配合针对性护理,可以显著提高护理满意度,并发症较低,治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation in children with hernia.Methods From May 2019 to may 2020,a total of 76 cases of colic in children were collected.These patients were numbered,and then randomly selected.They were divided into two groups:Study Group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases)Regular care.The nursing effect and complication of the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction degree of nursing was evaluated.Results The nursing effect of the study group was 92.11%better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.604,P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the complication rate of 0.00%was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.352,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic high-position ligation for pediatric hernias combined with targeted nursing can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,reduce complications,and have a significant therapeutic effect.
