呼吸康复护理在肺癌患者术后康复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Nursing in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Lung Cancer

目的分析呼吸康复护理在肺癌患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法 2018年6月-2019年12月期间在六盘水市人民医院随机选取50例肺癌患者,分为观察组(25例)和对照组(25例),两组实施不同的护理方式,观察组实施呼吸康复护理,对照组实施常规护理,分析两组患者的康复情况、并发症的总发生率及护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的康复情况指标(拔管时间、下床活动时间、住院时间)比对照组的更优,组间差异有统计学意义(t=3.428、3.365、4.164,P=0.029、0.028、0.031);观察组患者的并发症的总发生率(肺炎、肺不张、胸腔积液)为4.0%,比对照组(32.0%)更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.0%,比对照组(68.0%)高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027)。结论呼吸康复护理在肺癌患者术后康复中的应用效果很好,促进患者康复,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,50 patients with lung cancer were randomly selected from the Department of Liupanshui City People’s Hospital and divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The two groups implemented different nursing methods and observation group received respiratory rehabilitation care,and the control group performed routine care.The rehabilitation status,total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The rehabilitation indicators(extubation time,out-of-bed activity time,hospitalization time)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(t=3.428,3.365,4.164,P=0.029,0.028,0.031);the total incidence of complications(pneumonia,atelectasis,pleural effusion)in the observation group was 4.0%,which was lower than the control group(32.0%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027);the observation group patient’s nursing satisfaction was 96.0%,which was higher than the control group(68.0%),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027).Conclusion The application effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer is very good,promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
