喘证中医护理方案应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者对其肺功能指标的有效性

Effectiveness of TCM Nursing Program for Asthma Syndrome in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析喘证中医护理方案应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者对其肺功能指标的有效性。方法方便选取该院2018年8月-2019年10月老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者88例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予喘证中医护理方案,比较两组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、护理满意度、依从性。结果肺功能指标对比,干预前,观察组FEV1(1.70±0.34)L,FVC(2.41±0.45)L,FEV1/FVC(66.35±8.53)%与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.272、0.271、0.103,P>0.05),干预后,观察组FEV1(2.42±0.37)L,FVC (3.48±0.58)L,FEV1/FVC (78.46±5.26)%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.062、6.931、6.806,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分(92.16±2.18)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.692,P<0.05);干预前,观察组CAT评分(30.71±3.14)分,与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.642,P>0.05),干预后,观察组CAT评分(10.62±2.38)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.037,P<0.05);观察组依从性(95.45%)高于对照组(79.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中应用喘证中医护理方案,能有效改善患者肺功能指标及病情,提高护理满意度及依从性,具有应用及推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for asthma syndrome applied to elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on its lung function indicators.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given a TCM nursing program for asthma syndrome,and two groups were compared with FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,nursing satisfaction,and compliance.Results Comparison of lung function indicators.Before intervention,the observation group had FEV1(1.70±0.34)L,FVC(2.41±0.45)L,FEV1/FVC(66.35±8.53)%,which were similar to those in the control group,the differences were not statistically significant(t=0.272,0.271,0.103,P>0.05).After intervention,FEV1(2.42±0.37)L,FVC(3.48±0.58)L,FEV1/FVC(78.46±5.26)%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.062,6.931,6.806,P<0.05);The observation group’s nursing satisfaction score(92.16±2.18)points score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.692,P<0.05);before the intervention,the observation group CAT score(30.71±3.14)points,compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.642,P>0.05)after the intervention,the CAT score(10.62±2.38)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.037,P<0.05);the observation group’s compliance(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(79.55%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program of asthma syndrome in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the patients’pulmonary function indexes and condition,improve nursing satisfaction and compliance,and has application and promotion value.
