手术室护理路径对腹腔镜手术护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Path in Operating Room on Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨评价腹腔镜手术患者采用手术室护理路径进行护理的效果,为同类研究提供参考借鉴。方法简单随机选取2018年12月-2019年12月期间在该院进行腹腔镜手术治疗的156例患者作为该次研究的观察对象,按照手术时间将其交错、单盲分为两组,每组78例,常规护理组患者给予手术室常规护理,路径护理组患者采用手术室护理路径进行护理,于患者出院时对两组患者的护理效果指标进行对比分析。结果路径护理组患者的术后首次活动时间(0.93±0.22)d及住院时间(5.45±1.01)d均短于常规护理组患者(1.49±0.54)、(7.03±1.33)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.014、8.133,P<0.05);路径护理组与常规护理组患者切口感染发生率分别为2.56%、11.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.792,P<0.05);路径护理组患者护理质量满意度为97.44%,常规护理组患者护理质量的总体满意度为82.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.029,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术患者采用手术室护理路径进行护理的效果显著,能够缓解患者的紧张焦虑情绪,减少手术并发症的发生,缩短术后首次活动时间及住院时间。

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery patients using the nursing path in the operating room to provide reference for similar research.Methods 156 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were simply and randomly selected as the observation objects of this study.According to the operation time,they were staggered and single-blindly divided into two groups.Each group included 78 patients in the routine care group.Patients in the routine care group were given routine care in the operating room.Patients in the pathway care group were treated with the care pathway in the operating room.When the patients were discharged from the hospital,the nursing effect indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The first activity time(0.93±0.22)d and the hospitalization time(5.45±1.01)d of patients in the pathway nursing group were shorter than those of the conventional nursing group(1.49±0.54)d and(7.03±1.33)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.014,8.133,P<0.05);the incidence of incision infection in patients in the pathway nursing group and routine nursing group was 2.56%and 11.54%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.792,P<0.05);The satisfaction of pathway nursing quality of patients in the nursing group was 97.44%,and the overall satisfaction of nursing quality of patients in the conventional nursing group was 82.05%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.029,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of laparoscopic surgery patients using the nursing path in the operating room is significant,which can relieve the anxiety and anxiety of the patients,reduce the occurrence of surgical complications,shorten the first activity time and hospital stay after surgery,and can be promoted and applied.
