小儿全麻胃镜检查的术中护理探讨

Discussion on Intraoperative Nursing of General Anesthesia Gastroscopy in Children

目的探讨小儿全麻胃镜检查的术中护理体会。方法方便选取2018年8月-2019年7月期间在该院接受全麻胃镜检查的80例患儿为该次研究对象,均分为两组,对照组40例患儿应用常规护理模式,观察组40例患儿应用舒适护理模式,比较两组护理后并发症发生情况及护理质量的满意度,总结护理体会。结果护理后,两组患儿并发症发生率相比,观察组的并发症发生率5.00%(2/40)远远低于对照组的并发症发生率25.00%(10/40),两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.975,P=0.031);两组患儿及其监护人对护理质量的护理满意度相比,观察组护理满意率95.00%(38/40)远远高于对照组护理满意率75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.793, P=0.012)。结论小儿全麻胃镜检查配合舒适护理模式,能有效减少患儿并发症的发生,提高护理的有效性,从而赢得更高的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of general anesthesia gastroscopy in children.Methods 80 children who underwent general anesthesia gastroscopy in the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups.The control group and 40 children were treated with conventional nursing mode,and the observation group 40 cases of children applied comfortable nursing mode,compared the occurrence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing quality between the two groups after nursing,and summarized the nursing experience.Results After nursing,the complication rate of the two groups of children was compared.The complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%(2/40)was much lower than the complication rate of the control group was 25.00%(10/40).In comparison,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.975,P=0.031);the two groups of children and their guardians’satisfaction with the quality of care compared with the observation group’s nursing satisfaction rate was 95.00%(38/40)much higher The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 75.00%(30/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.793,P=0.012).Conclusion Pediatric general anesthesia gastroscopy combined with comfortable nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in children,improve the effectiveness of nursing,and win higher nursing satisfaction.
