新加三合汤辅助瑞巴派特治疗消化性溃疡48例的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Xinjia Sanhe Decoction Assisted Rebamipide in the Treatment of 48 Cases of Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨新加三合汤辅助瑞巴派特治疗消化性溃疡(PU)48例的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院中医科2017年1月-2019年2月收治的96例PU患者,随机分为对照组与辅治组各48例,对照组采用奥美拉唑+瑞巴派特治疗,辅治组在对照组基础上加用新加三合汤辅助治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分及不良反应情况差异。结果经治疗,辅治组总有效率95.83%,对照组总有效率83.33%,辅治组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.480,P=0.011);治疗后,辅治组中医症候评分为(11.27±3.39)分,对照组中医证候评分为(16.85±5.08)分,均较治疗前显著降低,且辅治组治疗后的各项中医症候评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.796, P<0.05);辅治组与对照组不良反应发生率为10.42%、12.50%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.103, P=0.749)。结论新加三合汤辅助瑞巴派特治疗PU疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xinjia Sanhe Decoction assisted by Rebamipide in the treatment of48 cases of peptic ulcer(PU).Methods A total of 96 patients with PU admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into a control group and an adjuvant treatment group with 48 cases each.The control group was treated with omeprazole+rebamipide and adjuvant;the auxiliary treatment group was treated with Xinjia Sanhe Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the differences in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the auxiliary treatment group was 95.83%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the auxiliary treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.480,P=0.011);after treatment,the TCM symptoms of the auxiliary treatment group was(11.27±3.39)points,the TCM syndrome score of the control group was(16.85±5.08)points,which was significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of various TCM symptoms of the adjuvant treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.796,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the adjuvant treatment group and the control group was 10.42%and 12.50%.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.103,P=0.749).Conclusion Xinjia Sanhe Decoction assisted Rebamipide to treat PU is effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
