摘要
目的探讨分析肺炎支原体抗体与血清总IgE检验在诊断小儿肺炎中的应用效果及意义。方法方便选择该院于2019年1月-2020年1月收治的小儿肺炎患儿150例为观察组,并选择同期于该院治疗的非肺炎患儿150例为对照组,对两组患儿均展开肺炎支原体抗体与血清总IgE检验,分析其在诊断小儿肺炎中的积极作用。结果观察组患儿肺炎支原体抗体阳性检出率为48.7%,对照组无阳性检出者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=96.476,P<0.05)。观察组组内对比,肺炎支原体抗体低滴度与高滴度血清总IgE阳性检出率高于阴性,而高滴度血清总IgE阳性检出率则更高于低滴度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患儿血清总IgE水平比较对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内对比肺炎支原体抗体低滴度与高滴度血清总IgE水平比较阴性更高,肺炎支原体抗体高滴度血清总IgE水平则高于其他患儿,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎的临床诊断中可应用肺炎支原体抗体与血清总IgE检验作为诊断依据,提高临床诊断率,对早期确诊与治疗方案设计有积极意义。
Objective To explore the application effect and significance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody and serum total IgE test in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children.Methods 150 children with pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 150 children with non-pneumonia treated in our hospital during the same period were conveniently selected as the control group;adopting the Mycoplasma pneumonia antibody and serum total IgE test in both groups to analyze its positive role in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children.Results The positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in the observation group was 48.7%,and there was no positive detection in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=96.476,P<0.05).Comparison within the boservation group,the total serum IgE positive detection in the low-titer and high-titer of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody rate was higher than the negative,and the positive detection rate of serum total IgE in the high titer was higher than that in the low titer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the total serum IgE level of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group compared with the low-titer and high-titer of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibodies,the total serum IgE level was higher than the negative,and the Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody titer was higher in the total serum IgE level than that of the other children,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia,the Mycoplasma pneumonia antibody and serum total IgE test can be used as the diagnostic basis to improve the clinical diagnosis rate,which has positive significance for early diagnosis and treatment plan design.
