摘要
目的探究急性脑梗死采取丁苯酞联合阿替普酶溶栓治疗的作用效果。方法随机选取该院自2019年1月-2020年1月期间收治的68例急性脑梗死患者,采取抽签法随机分为试验组(n=34)与参照组(n=34),对比两组患者炎性因子水平、脑梗死面积及治疗效果。结果试验组IL-8为(24.46±1.09)ng/L低于参照组的(28.71±1.26)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=14.874,P<0.001),IL-10为(9.15±1.03)ng/L低于参照组的(10.96±1.12)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.936,P<0.001),CRP为(7.36±1.18)mg/L低于参照组的(12.64±1.47)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=16.333,P<0.001),脑梗死面积为(10.96±2.15)cm~2低于参照组的(13.52±1.24)cm2,差异有统计学意义(t=6.014,P<0.001),治疗总有效率为94.12%明显高于参照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.476,P=0.011)。结论急性脑梗死通过丁苯酞联合阿替普酶溶栓治疗可有效降低炎性因子,减少梗死面积,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of thrombolytic therapy with butylphthalide combined with alteplase for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Random select 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=34)and reference group(n=34)by lottery,and the two groups were compared Inflammatory factor level,cerebral infarction area and treatment effect.Results The IL-8 of the experimental group was(24.46±1.09)ng/L lower than that of the reference group(28.71±1.26)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.874,P<0.001),and the IL-10 was(9.15±1.03)ng/L lower than the reference group(10.96±1.12)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.936,P<0.001),and the CRP was(7.36±1.18)mg/L lower than the reference group(12.64±1.47)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.333,P<0.001),the area of cerebral infarction was(10.96±2.15)cm^(2) lower than the reference group(13.52±1.24)cm^(2),the difference was statistically significant(t=6.014,P<0.001),and the total effective rate of treatment was 94.12%significantly higher than that of the reference group 70.59%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.476,P=0.011).Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction through butylphthalide combined with alteplase thrombolytic therapy can effectively reduce inflammatory factors,reduce infarct size,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of promotion.
