急性脑梗死联合应用介入疗法与静脉溶栓对血清指标的影响

Effect of Combined Interventional Therapy and Intravenous Thrombolysis on Serum Indexes in Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析急性脑梗死联合应用介入疗法与静脉溶栓疗法对血清指标的影响。方法方便择选2019年1月-2020年1月期间于该院接受诊疗的72例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,遵循随机动态数字表并按照36例组数的标准将患者分为两组,即对照组(静脉溶栓疗法)、观察组(介入治疗联合静脉溶栓疗法),比对分析两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的神经功能缺损情况以及治疗后的血清学指标。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.600,P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分(10.46±2.42)分、NGF(96.32±10.47)ng/mL、BNP(161.29±18.16)ng/L、NSE(10.52±2.31)g/L低于对照组的(12.78±3.07)分、(114.48±13.52)ng/mL、(185.66±21.44)ng/L、(13.05±2.54)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.561、6.372、5.204、4.421,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者临床联合开展介入疗法与静脉溶栓疗法,可降低血清学指标,有利于改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,具有较为确切的疗效。

Objective To analyze the effects of combined interventional therapy and intravenous thrombolytic therapy on serum indexes of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Following the random dynamic number table and the number of groups of 36 patients,the patients were divided into two groups,namely the control group(intravenous thrombolytic therapy)and the observation group(interventional therapy combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy),compare and analyze the clinical efficacy,neurological deficits before and after treatment,and serological indicators after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(91.67%)was higher than 72.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.600,P<0.05);the NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment(10.46±2.42)points,NGF(96.32±10.47)ng/mL,BNP(161.29±18.16)ng/L,NSE(10.52±2.31)g/L were lower than the control group’s(12.78±3.07)points,(114.48±13.52)ng/mL,(185.66±21.44)ng/L,(13.05±2.54)g/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.561,6.372,5.204,4.421,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical combination of interventional therapy and intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can reduce serological indicators and help improve patients’neurological deficits.It has a relatively accurate effect.
