研究循证护理在胎膜早破护理中的应用效果

Study the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的研究循证护理在胎膜早破护理中的应用效果。方法便利该院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的110例胎膜早破患者,随机分为两组,55例参照组患者实施一般护理,55例探究组患者进行循证护理。对两组护理效果进行分析。结果第一产程、第二产程、第三产程所用时间比较,探究组都短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生情况比较,探究组有1例并发症,发生率为1.82%,参照组有8例并发症,发生率为14.55%,组间比较探究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组自然分娩情况比较,探究组为34例,占比61.82%,参照组为18例,占比32.72%,组间比较探究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度比较,探究组为98.18%,参照组为81.82%,组间比较探究组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.180,P=0.004)。结论采用循证护理方式对胎膜早破患者进行护理干预,可以显著提高患者及胎儿的生存质量,减少并发症的发生,患者获得了良好的护理体验。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in the care of premature rupture of membranes.Methods Conveniently selected 110 patients with premature rupture of membranes admitted to the hospital from March2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups,55 patients in the reference group received general care,and 55 patients in the exploratory group received evidence-based care.Analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Compared the time spent in the first,second and third stages of labor,the exploratory group was shorter than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence of complications between the two groups,the exploratory group had 1 complication,with an incidence rate of 1.82%,and the reference group had 8 complications,with an incidence rate of 14.55%.The exploratory group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the two groups of natural childbirth,there were 34 cases in the exploratory group,accounting for 61.82%,and 18 cases in the reference group,accounting for 32.72%.Compared with the exploratory group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared nursing satisfaction,the exploratory group was 98.18%,and the reference group was 81.82%.Compared with the exploratory group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.180,P=0.004).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with premature rupture of membranes can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and fetuses,reduce the occurrence of complications,and obtain a good nursing experience for patients.
