家庭参与式护理模式在早产儿护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Family Participatory Nursing Model in the Nursing of Premature Infants

目的研究早产儿护理中应用家庭参与式护理模式的效果。方法方便选择2018年1月-2019年9月该院收治的98例早产儿及家长,按照入院先后顺序分观察组(家庭参与式护理模式)与对照组(常规护理),各49例,比较两组护理效果。结果护理前比较两组母亲心理情绪差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后与对照组比较,观察组母亲焦虑及抑郁评分较低;观察组SS、CS、IS、PS及AS指标较低;氧疗时间、达全胃肠内营养天数及住院时间短,体重增长速度快;观察组呛奶率(2.04%)低于对照组(8.16%),观察组未发生感染,对照组感染率是4.08%,观察组不良结局发生率2.04%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.846,P=0.049<0.05)。结论家庭参与式护理模式能改善早产儿的生活质量并促进成长,改善护患关系且减少医疗纠纷发生,满足家属的护理需求,值得推荐。

Objective To study the effect of family participatory nursing model in preterm infant care.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019 convenient select 98 premature infants and their parents admitted to the hospital.According to the order of admission,49 cases are divided into observation group(family participatory nursing mode)and control group(routine nursing).Group care effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically difference in the psychological mood of the two groups of mothers before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,compared with the control group,the mothers of the observation group had lower scores of anxiety and depression;the observation group had lower SS,CS,IS,PS and AS indicators;the treatment time,the number of days of gastrointestinal nutrition and the length of hospitalization are short,and the weight gain is fast;the milk choking rate(2.04%)of the observation group is lower than the control group(8.16%),the observation group has no infection,and the infection rate of the control group was 4.08%,the incidence of adverse outcomes in the observat observation group was 2.04%lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.846,P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion The family participatory nursing model can improve the quality of life of premature infants and promote growth,improve the nurse-patient relationship and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,and meet the nursing needs of family members.It is worth recommending.
