基于共情护理应用文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Venlafaxine Sustained-release Capsules on Depression Based on Empathy Nursing

目的探讨文拉法辛缓释胶囊联合共情护理治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法简单随机选取2019年1-12月该院收治的抑郁症患者90例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组采用文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗,两组均行共情护理,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后负性情绪与不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为84.44%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.140,P<0.05);观察组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)为(15.22±2.14)分,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(15.09±2.11)分,均低于对照组(19.63±3.25)分、(20.40±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.602、11.252,P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为8.89%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.344,P>0.05)。结论文拉法辛缓释胶囊联合共情护理可提升抑郁症治疗效果,促进患者负性情绪改善。

Objective To explore the efficacy of venlafaxine sustained-release capsule combined with empathy nursing in the treatment of depression.Methods Simple random selection Ninety patients with depression were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the observation group was treated with venlafaxine sustained-release capsules.Both groups were treated with empathy nursing.The clinical efficacy,negative emotions and adverse reaction rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 84.44%,which was higher than 71.11%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.140,P<0.05);the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)after intervention in the observation group was(15.22±2.14)points,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score was(15.09±2.11)points,which were lower than the control group(19.63±3.25)points and(20.40±2.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.602,11.252,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 8.89%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.344,P>0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine sustained-release capsules combined with empathy nursing can improve the treatment effect of depression and promote the improvement of patients’negative emotions.
