预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Predictive Nursing Guidelines in Orthopedic Nursing

目的探讨预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法方便选择该院骨科从2018年1月-2019年1月收治的342例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组171例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理指引。比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态评分、VAS及ADL评分、并发症发生率、护理满意率。结果护理后,观察组护理满意率为97.66%,高于对照组为88.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.490,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.51%、低于对照组为10.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.450,P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理中实施预见性护理指引,可明显降低患者负性情绪及并发症发生率,提高护理质量,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing guidelines in orthopedic nursing.Methods Convenient select 342 patients admitted to the orthopedics department of this hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 171 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given predictive nursing guidelines.The mental status scores,VAS and ADL scores,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.66%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 88.89%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.490,P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 3.51%,which was lower than the control group It was 10.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.450,P<0.05);the SAS score,SDS score,and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing predictive nursing guidelines in orthopedic nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of negative emotions and complications in patients,improve the quality of care,and promote patient recovery.
