肠镜下治疗小儿息肉208例护理探讨

Discussion on Nursing Care of 208 Cases of Infantile Polyps Treated under Colonoscope

目的对肠镜下治疗小儿息肉的护理措施进行分析探讨。方法方便选取2018年1月-2019年12月在该院接受肠镜下手术治疗的208例息肉患儿,随机分为两组,对照组104例患儿行常规护理,观察组104例患儿行优质护理,对比两组护理依从性、手术前后生命体征变化,并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组护理依从性为96.15%,显著高于对照组的77.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.093,P<0.05)。观察组护理后呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压高于对照组,心率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.73%,显著低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.293,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.19%,显著高于对照组的79.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.904,P<0.05)。结论对小儿息肉在行肠镜下手术治疗的基础上,积极开展优质护理,能够提高患儿的依从性,促进患儿预后,更容易被患儿及家属所接受。

Objective To analyze and explore the nursing measures for the treatment of polyps in children under colonoscopy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,208 children with polyps who underwent colonoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.104 children in the control group received routine care,and104 children in the observation group received high-quality nursing,compare the nursing comliance,changes in vital signs before and after the operation,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The care complicance rate of in the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 77.88%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.093,P<0.05).The respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation,and average arterial pressure of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the heart rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 6.73%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.293,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.19%,which was significantly higher than 79.81%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.904,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of colonoscopy surgical treatment of pediatric polyps,active high-quality nursing can improve the compliance of children,promote the prognosis of children,and be more easily accepted by children and their families.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
