煤工尘肺合并肺心病的临床特点分析及参麦应用的效果研究

Analysis of the Clinical Characteristics of Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis with Pulmonary Heart Disease and the Effect of Shenmai Application

目的探讨煤工尘肺合并肺心病的临床特点并观察给予治疗后获得临床效果。方法将该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的100例煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者数字奇偶法分组;对照组(50例):采用对症支持治疗;治疗组(50例):对照组基础上,采用参麦注射液治疗;就组间疗效数据展开对比。结果治疗组煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者治疗总有效(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.306,P=0.004<0.05)。结论煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者呈现出体征不典型、临床症状不典型、病情重、病情长、易发感染以及并发症多等系列特点,并且患者表现出肺性脑病、呼吸衰竭、水电解质紊乱、肺栓塞以及预后不良等疾病概率较为显著,治疗期间,参麦注射液的有效应用,可实现煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者疗效增强,最终实现煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者的有效预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of coal worker's pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and observe the clinical effects obtained after treatment.Methods 100 patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into groups by the digital parity method;control group(50 cases):symptomatic supportive treatment;treatment group(50 cases):based on the treatment of the control group,Shenmai injection was used;the efficacy data between the groups were compared.Results The total effective data(96.00%)of the treatment group of coal workers'pneumoconiosis patients with pulmonary heart disease was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.306,P=0.004<0.05).Conclusion The patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease showed a series of characteristics such as atypical signs,atypical clinical symptoms,severe illness,long illness,prone to infection,and multiple complications,and the patients showed pulmonary encephalopathy,respiratory failure,and water and electrolyte disorders,the probability of diseases such as pulmonary embolism and poor prognosis were relatively significant.During the treatment period,the effective application of Shenmai injection can enhance the curative effect of patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease,and finally achieve an effective prognosis for patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease.
