间歇和持续性蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸治疗及对不良反应发生率影响分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Effect of Intermittent and Continuous Blue Light Irradiation on the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice and the Incidence of Adverse Reactions

摘要 目的探讨在新生儿黄疸的治疗中应用持续性与间歇性的蓝光照射效果以及对不良反应发生率的影响。方法该院在2020年5月—2020年12月选取200例新生儿黄疸患者均分为对照组与干预组,对照组进行持续性蓝光照射,干预组进行间歇性蓝光照射,对比两组患儿血清中胆红素的水平、不良反应情况及疗效。结果两组患儿血清中胆红素的水平[对照组(182.67±10.79)μmol/L、干预组(182.31±10.54)μmol/L]和疗效[对照组93.00%、干预组94.00%]差异无统计学意义(t=0.240,χ^(2)=0.080,P>0.05),干预组不良反应的发生率(17.00%)明显低于对照组(47.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.680,P<0.05)。结论在新生儿黄疸的治疗中应用持续性与间歇性的蓝光照射效果均比较显著,但间歇性蓝光照射的不良反应更少,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of continuous and intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and the influence on the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods 200 cases of neonatal jaundice patients were selected and divided into control group and intervention group from May 2020 to December 2020.The control group received continuous blue light irradiation and the intervention group received intermittent blue light irradiation.The serum bilirubin levels,adverse reactions and the efficacy.Results The levels of serum bilirubin in the two groups of children[control group(182.67±10.79)μmol/L,intervention group(182.31±10.54)μmol/L]and curative effect[control group 93.00%,intervention group 94.00%]had no statistically significant difference(t=0.240,χ^(2)=0.080,P>0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group(17.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(47.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.680,P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of continuous and intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice are more significant,but the side effects of intermittent blue light irradiation are less and it is worthy of popularization and application.
