宫腔镜电切术治疗46例子宫内膜息肉的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopic Electric Resection for 46 Cases of Endometrial Polyps

目的对子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜电切术治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者92例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2018年1月—2019年1月,按照随机数表法将其划分为常规组(传统的刮宫手术)和微创组(宫腔镜电切术),每组46例。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果微创组的术中出血量(40.8±4.7)mL、手术时间(30.1±2.4)min、住院时间(2.7±0.7)d均明显低于常规组(63.6±6.2)min、(48.3±3.6)mL、(4.4±0.9)d,差异有统计学意义(t=19.875、28.529、10.112,P<0.05);微创组的并发症发生率(2.2%)、复发率(2.2%)明显低于常规组19.6%、21.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.180、8.364,P<0.05)。结论针对子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜电切术治疗能够有效减少患者的术中出血量、缩短其手术时间和住院时间,而且术后并发症少,复发率低,是一种切实有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic electric resection in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods 92 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The selected time period was from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into the conventional group(traditional curettage)and minimally invasive group(hysteroscopic resection)according to the random number table method,each group had 46 patients.Observed and compared the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The intraoperative blood loss(40.8±4.7)mL,operation time(30.1±2.4)min,and hospitalization time(2.7±0.7)d of the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those of the routine group by(63.6±6.2)min,(48.3±3.6)mL,(4.4±0.9)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.875,28.529,10.112,P<0.05);the complication rate(2.2%)and recurrence rate(2.2%)of the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those of the routine group 19.6%,21.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.180,8.364,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hysteroscopic resection for endometrial polyps can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,with few postoperative complications and low recurrence rate,which is a practical and effective treatment.
