腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的短期临床效果

Short-term Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Right Hemicolectomy in the Treatment of Colon Cancer

目的探析结肠癌患者应用腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗的短期效果。方法将78例2016年4月—2020年4月在该院治疗的结肠癌患者为观察对象,按照不同手术方法分成对照组与实验组,每组39例。对照组给予开腹右半结肠切除术治疗,实验组给予腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗,对两组手术相关指标、术后恢复相关指标及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果实验组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、淋巴结清扫数目分别为(65.64±5.27)min、(68.35±6.13)mL、(6.31±0.42)cm、(7.13±0.55)个,对照组分别为(98.35±5.74)min、(136.46±6.56)mL、(12.13±0.73)cm、(4.05±0.63)个,组间差异有统计学意义(t=12.320、15.260、13.540、10.72,P<0.05);实验组排气时间、住院时间分别为(12.35±2.34)h、(8.23±1.25)d,对照组分别为(39.43±3.03)h、(12.02±1.45)d,组间差异有统计学意义(t=14.310、9.420,P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为7.69%,对照组为25.64%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.523,P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者应用腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗的效果十分理想,能够显著缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,增大淋巴结清扫数目,同时还可以加快患者术后恢复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the short-term effect of laparoscopic right colectomy in patients with colon cancer.Methods 78 patients with colon cancer who were treated in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2020 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to different surgical methods,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open right hemicolectomy,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic right hemicolectomy.The operation-related indicators,postoperative recovery indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group's operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,and number of lymph node dissections were(65.64±5.27)min,(68.35±6.13)mL,(6.31±0.42)cm,(7.13±0.55),the control group was(98.35±5.74)min,(136.46±6.56)mL,(12.13±0.73)cm,(4.05±0.63),the difference between group was statistically significant(t=12.320,15.260,13.540,10.720,P<0.05);the expulsion time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were(12.35±2.34)h and(8.23±1.25)d,respectively,and the control group were(39.43±3.03)h and(12.02±1.45)d,respectively,the difference between group was statistically significant(t=14.310,9.420,P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was 7.69%,and that of the control group was 25.64%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.523,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic right colectomy for colon cancer patients is very satisfactory.It can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,increase the number of lymph node dissections,and speed up the patient's postoperative recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
