摘要
目的对早期肺癌诊断中应用低剂量螺旋CT检查的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2018年1月—2020年3月收治的早期肺癌患者70例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,首先采用常规剂量螺旋CT对所有患者进行检查,然后采用低剂量螺旋CT对所有患者进行检查。比较两组的检查结果。结果低剂量CT与常规剂量CT在早期肺癌检出率(92.8%vs 91.4%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.099,P>0.05);低剂量CT的图像质量与常规剂量CT图像质量优良率比较,87.1%vs 84.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.333,P>0.05);低剂量组最大有效辐射剂量(0.8±0.1)mSy、加权CT剂量指数(1.4±0.4)mAs、剂量长度乘积(40.6±9.2)mGy cm比较常规剂量组的最大有效辐射剂量(3.9±0.2)mSy、加权CT剂量指数(7.0±1.5)mAs、剂量长度乘积(183.2±14.1)mGy cm明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=108.91、28.061、64.038,P<0.05)。结论与常规剂量螺旋CT相比,在进行早期肺癌诊断的时候采用低剂量螺旋CT进行检查在检出率和图像质量方面相差不大,但是能够有效降低其辐射剂量,进一步减少对患者身体的损害。
Objective To explore the effect of low-dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of early lung cancer.Methods 70 patients with early lung cancer admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The selected time period was from January 2018 to March 2020.First,all patients were examined by conventional-dose spiral CT,and then low-dose spiral CT was used to examine all patients.Compare the inspection results of the two groups.Results Low-dose CT and conventional-dose CT in the detection rate of early lung cancer(92.8%vs 91.4%),the difference is not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.099,P>0.05);low-dose CT image quality and conventional dose CT image quality excellent rate In comparison,87.1%vs 84.3%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.333,P>0.05);the maximum effective radiation dose in the low-dose group(0.8±0.1)mSy,weighted CT dose index(1.4±0.4)mAs,dose length The product(40.6±9.2)mGy cm is significantly lower than the conventional dose group’s maximum effective radiation dose(3.9±0.2)mSy,weighted CT dose index(7.0±1.5)mAs,and dose length product(183.2±14.1)mGy cm.the difference was statistically significant(t=108.91,28.061,64.038,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional-dose spiral CT,the detection rate and image quality of low-dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of early lung cancer are not much different,but it can effectively reduce the radiation dose and further reduce the damage to the patient’s body.
