阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁治疗小儿水痘的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Acyclovir Combined with Cimetidine in the Treatment of Children with Varicella

目的对小儿水痘采用阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的小儿水痘患儿102例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为单药组和联合组,每组51例。采用阿昔洛韦治疗单药组,在此基础上,联合应用西咪替丁治疗联合组。对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果联合组的疗效总有效率(96.1%)明显优于单药组的74.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.457,P<0.05);联合组的退热时间(2.1±0.6)d、瘙痒消失时间(3.0±1.4)d和结痂时间(2.2±0.9)d均优于单药组(4.2±0.8)d、(5.3±1.7)d、(4.4±0.6)d,差异有统计学意义(t=14.996、7.458、14.524,P<0.05);联合组的不良反应率(9.8%)与单药组7.8%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论对小儿水痘患儿实施阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁治疗具有很好的效果,可以有效缓解患儿的临床症状,促进患儿的康复,而且不良反应少,在临床应用中安全性很高。

Objective To explore the effect of acyclovir combined with cimetidine in the treatment of children with varicella.Methods 102 children with chickenpox in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into single-drug group and combination group according to the random number table method,each group had 51 cases.Acyclovir was used to treat the single-agent group,and on this basis,cimetidine was used in combination to treat the combined group.Observed and compared the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate(96.1%)of the combined group was significantly better than 74.5%of the single-drug group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.457,P<0.05);the combined group's antipyretic time(2.1±0.6)d,itching disappearance time(3.0±1.4)d and the scab formation time(2.2±0.9)d were better than the single-drug group(4.2±0.8)d,(5.3±1.7)d,(4.4±0.6)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.996,7.458,14.524,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the combination group(9.8%)was not significantly different from that of the single-drug group 7.8%.The difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acyclovir combined with cimetidine in children with chickenpox has a very good effect,which can effectively relieve the children's clinical symptoms and promote the children's recovery,and has few adverse reactions.It is safe in clinical application.
