摘要
考虑到带有巨细胞病毒的母乳垂直感染婴儿的问题,建立了巨细胞病毒动力学模型,给出了模型的平衡点稳定性条件,分析了喂养的母乳处理的随机性对阈值的影响。根据“2017专家共识”界定的巨细胞病毒感染程度分类标准,给出了母乳处理概率的限制条件。数值模拟了母乳处理的概率不同对婴儿巨细胞病毒感染的程度的影响,提出了安全喂养建议。
In this paper,the problem of vertical infection of babies with cytomegalovirus in breast milk is considered,a dynamic model of cytomegalovirus is established,the equilibrium stability condition of the model is given,and the effect of randomness of breast milk feeding on the threshold value is analyzed.According to the classification criteria of cytomegalovirus infection define by the“Expert Consensus 2017”,the limiting conditions of the probability of breast-feeding are given.The different probability of breast milk treatment for cytomegalovirus infection in infants is numerical simulated and recommendations for safe feeding are made.
