摘要
目的研究蛇莓醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定不同提取物中总酚和总黄酮的含量。采用清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、铁氰化钾还原法、螯合Fe^(2+)评价法比较不同浓度醇提取物的抗氧化活性,并考察总酚、总黄酮含量与抗氧化活性的关系。结果蛇莓醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性,本研究提取蛇莓总酚、总黄酮含量高达17.8%和35.6%。结论蛇莓具有较强的抗氧化活性,作为天然抗肿瘤资源,临床应用广泛、疗效较好。相关系数表明,总酚含量与抗氧化能力有较好的相关性,提示乙醇可以作为蛇莓抗氧化活性物质提取的优选溶剂。
OBJECTIVE To study the antioxidant activity ofDuchesnea Indica Focke.The contents of total phenols and flavonoids in different extracts were determined by UV spectrophotometry.METHODS UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of total phenols and flavonoids in different extracts.Teset was conducted to clear DPPH radicals,ABTS radicals,the reducing ability of potassium ferricyanide,and the chelating capacity Fe^(2+),using half clear/reducing concentration value as evaluation indexes to compare the antioxidant activities of different extracts.The relationship between total phenols、flavonoids and antioxidant activity was investigated.RESULTS The result showed that all extracts of Duchesnea Indica Focke had good antioxidantactivity,the contents of total phenols and flavonoids are as high as 17.8%and 35.6%.CONCLUSION As a natural anti-tumor resource,Duchesnea Indica Focke are widely used in clinical therapy and has a good curative effect.The correlation coefficients suggests that there was a good correlation between total phenols and antioxidant capacity,75%ethanol could be the best for solvents to extract antioxidant ingredients from Duchesnea Indica Focke.
