新疆乌鲁木齐地区冠心病患者他汀类药物调脂疗效调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Effect of Statins on Lipid Regulation in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Urumqi,Xinjiang

目的调查分析乌鲁木齐地区冠心病患者第一次使用他汀类药物前和用药至少四周后的血脂变化情况。方法利用医院病历历史记录回顾性调查200例冠心病患者使用他汀类药物前后血脂情况,使用SPSS分析软件进行分析。结果本次调查患者平均年龄(59.95±0.718)岁;平均血脂水平:TC=(4.3044±1.08300)mmol·L^(-1),TG=(1.6822±1.24002)mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C=(2.6573±0.91471)mmol·L^(-1),HDL-C=(0.9448±0.20261)mmol·L^(-1);其中汉族72(36.0%)例,维吾尔族100(50.0%)例;高胆固醇血症32(16%)例,高TG血症65(32.5%)例,混合型高血脂症17(8.5%)例,异常LDL-C38(19%)例,低HDL-C血症128(64%)例。冠心病患者用药前后血TC和LDL-C水平下降具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病患者多种分组对比分析用药后较用药前血脂水平均有下降。结论新疆乌鲁木齐地区冠心病患者血脂异常多为低HDL-C血症(128例,占比64%);他汀类药物能有效降低TC和LDL-C水平;高TG血症患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C四项指标均有所改善。新疆乌鲁木齐地区冠心病患者多有血脂异常情况,他汀类药物对冠心病患者血脂调节有很好的作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the changes of blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease before and after the first use of statins in Urumqi.METHODS The blood lipids of 200 patients with coronary heart disease before and after the use of statins were retrospectively investigated and analyzed by SPSS analysis software.RESULTS The average age of the patients in this survey was(59.95±0.718)years old,and the average blood lipid level was TC=(4.3044±1.08300)mmol·L^(-1),TG=(1.6822±1.24002)mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C=(2.6573±0.91471)mmol·L^(-1),HDLC=(0.9448±0.20261)mmol·L^(-1),including 72 cases of Han nationality(36.0%)and 100 cases of Uygur nationality(50.0%).There were 32(16%)cases of hypercholesterolemia,65(32.5%)cases of hyper-TG,17(8.5%)cases of mixed hyperlipidemia,19%(19%)of abnormal LDL-C38,and 128(64%)of low HDL-C.The levels of serum TC and LDL-C in patients with coronary heart disease decreased significantly before and after treatment.Comparative analysis of various groups of patients with coronary heart disease,the level of blood lipids decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment.CONCLUSION The dyslipidemia of patients with coronary heart disease in Urumqi,Xinjiang is mostly hypolipidemia(128 cases,accounting for 64%).Statins can effectively reduce the levels of TC and LDL-C,and the four indexes of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in patients with hyper-TG have been improved.Most of the patients with coronary heart disease in Urumqi,Xinjiang have dyslipidemia,and statins have a good effect on the regulation of blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease.
