279例医学放射工作人员职业健康体检情况及管理对策分析

Analysis of occupational health examination of 279 medical radiation workers and management countermeasures

目的探讨279例医学放射工作人员职业健康体检情况及管理对策。方法回顾性分析279例医学放射工作人员的职业健康体检资料,根据放射工作时间长短将受检者分为A组(n=93,放射工作时间<5年)、B组(n=93,放射工作时间5~15年)和C组(n=93,放射工作时间>15年)。分析三组受检者的健康体检情况。结果B组、C组的眼睛晶状体异常总发生率均高于A组,且C组高于B组(P<0.05)。B组、C组的WBC、AST水平均低于A组,且C组低于B组;B组、C组的PLT、ALT水平均高于A组,且C组高于B组(P<0.05)。C组的染色体辐射损伤总发生率高于A组及B组(P<0.05)。B组、C组的P波时限、PR间期均长于A组,且C组长于B组;B组、C组的振幅大于A组,且C组大于B组(P<0.05)。B组、C组的TAC、SOD活性均低于A组,且C组低于B组;B组、C组的MDA水平高于A组,且C组高于B组(P<0.05)。结论本院医学放射工作人员工龄<5年的健康状况良好,但随着工龄增长,放射工作人员健康状况堪忧。放射医学科仍是我院职业病防治的工作要点,需不断加强放射防护工作。

Objective To explore the occupational health examination of 279 medical radiation workers and management countermeasures.Methods The occupational health examination data of 279 medical radiation workers were retrospectively analyzed.According to the length of radiation work,the subjects were divided into group A(n=93,radiation work time<5 years),group B(n=93,radiation work time 5-15 years)and group C(n=93,radiation work time>15 years).The health examination of the three groups were analyzed.Results The total incidence of lens abnormalities in the group B and the group C was higher than that in the group A,and that in the group C was higher than the group B(P<0.05).The WBC and AST levels in the group B and the group C were lower than those in the group A,and those in the group C were lower than the group B;the PLT and ALT levels in the group B and the group C were higher than those in the group A,and those in the group C were higher than the group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of chromosome radiation injury in the group C was higher than that in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).The P wave duration and PR interval in the group B and the group C were longer than those in the group A,and those in the group C were longer than the group B;the amplitude in the group B and the group C was larger than that in the group A,and that in the group C was larger than the group B(P<0.05).TAC and SOD activity in the group B and the group C were lower than those in the group A,and those in the group C were lower than the group B;MDA level in the group B and the group C was higher than that in the group A,and that in the group C was higher than the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical radiation workers in our hospital have been working for less than 5 years were in good health,but with the increase of working years,the health of radiation workers is worrying.The radiology department is still the key point of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in our hospital,and it is necessary to strengthen the work of radiation protection continuously.
