推拿联合热敏灸治疗儿童假性近视的效果及对视力的影响

Effect of massage combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of pseudomyopia in children and its influence on vision

目的探讨推拿联合热敏灸治疗儿童假性近视的效果及对视力的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月收治的60例(120眼)假性近视患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例(60眼)。对照组采用常规推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合热敏灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后的裸眼视力、眼调节幅度、眼压、眼轴长度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的裸眼视力高于对照组,眼调节幅度小于对照组,眼压低于对照组,眼轴长度短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合热敏灸治疗儿童假性近视的效果显著,可促进患儿视力改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of massage combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of pseudomyopia in children and its influence on vision.Methods A total of 60 children(120 eyes)of children with pseudomyopia from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases(60 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage,and the observation group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and uncorrected visual acuity,eye accommodation amplitude,intraocular pressure,axial length before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the eye accommodation amplitude was less than that in the control group,and intraocular pressure was lower than that in the control group,and the axial length was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of pseudomyopia in children has a significant effect,it can promote the improvement of children's vision,and which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
