中西药结合从毒论角度治疗银屑病的临床效果

Clinical effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of toxin theory

目的探索中西药结合从毒论角度治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法采用单双号随机化分组法将103例银屑病患者分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=52)。对照组采用常规西医治疗(阿维A胶囊+卡泊三醇软膏),观察组在对照组基础上联合中医治疗(中药丹蛇解毒方+中药药浴协定方-中药外洗1号方)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-18、IFN-γ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组皮损面积、鳞屑、红斑、瘙痒评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合从毒论角度治疗银屑病效果显著,可加速瘙痒、鳞屑等症状消退。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of toxin theory.Methods A total of 103 patients with psoriasis were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=52)by odd-even sign randomized grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment(Avitra-A capsule+capotriol ointment),and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment(Danshe Jiedu prescription+Chinese medicine bath protocol prescription-No.1 prescription for external washing of Chinese medicine)on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-18 and IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion area,scale,erythema,pruritus scores and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of toxin theory,which can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms such as pruritus and scaliness.
