摘要
目的探讨基于人文关怀理念护理干预在神经康复患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月在本院接受神经康复干预的80例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组在护理管理中行常规性康复护理,观察组在护理管理中行基于人文关怀理念的护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的HAMA、HAMD及NIHSS评分均较干预前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各项护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的FMA及FIM评分均较干预前显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在神经康复患者护理管理中行基于人文关怀理念的护理干预,可明显改善患者的心理状态及生理功能,提高康复效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on humanistic care concept in nursing management of patients with neurological rehabilitation.Methods Eighty patients received neurological rehabilitation intervention in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing in nursing management,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on humanistic care concept in nursing management.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and NIHSS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of FMA and FIM of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on humanistic care concept in the nursing management of patients with neurological rehabilitation can significantly improve the psychological state and physiological function of patients,and elevate the rehabilitation effect.
