减孔腹腔镜胃癌根治术的现状及展望

Current status and prospect of reduced port laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

随着腹腔镜技术的快速发展,腹腔镜胃癌根治术已经在国内外广泛地开展起来。减孔腹腔镜胃癌根治术是在传统腹腔镜(五孔)胃癌根治术的基础上,通过减少器械经腹壁进入腹腔的孔道,来达到术后美容及快速康复的效果。目前,尚无明确结论证实减孔腹腔镜胃癌根治术是安全可行的,但是从国内外的文献报道来看,减孔腹腔镜胃癌根治术是值得推广及应用的。本文就减孔腹腔镜胃癌根治术的现状进行论述,并展望其发展空间。

With the rapid development of laparoscopic technology,laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has been widely carried out at home and abroad.Reduced port laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can achieve the effect of postoperative beauty and rapid rehabilitation by reducing the passage of instruments entering the abdominal cavity through the abdominal wall on the basis of traditional laparoscopic(five port)radical gastrectomy.At present,there is no clear conclusion to confirm the safety and feasibility of reduced port laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,but from the domestic and foreign literature reports,the reduced port laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is worthy of promotion and application.This paper discusses the current situation of reduced port laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and looks forward to its development space.
