一对一教学与排班制带教在护理实习生中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比一对一教学与排班制带教护理实习生中的应用效果。方法将咸宁市中医医院2018年3月—2019年3月接收的50名护理实习生,以时间顺序分为实验组(2018年10月—2019年3月接收)与对照组(2018年3月—9月接收),每组25名。对照组采用排班制带教;实验组采用一对一教学方式;比较教师及患者对实习生的护理满意度、实习生的各项技能评分与实习期间接到的投诉情况。结果带教1个月后,实验组中教师及患者对护理的满意度高于对照组;实验组的理论技能、操作技能、沟通能力评分高于对照组;实验组接到的投诉率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一对一教学更能够提高实习生的理论、操作与沟通能力,并且还能提高带教教师、患者对实习生护理工作的满意度,从而提高教学质量与护理质量。 Objective To compare the application effect of one-to-one teaching and scheduled system in nursing interns.Methods 50 nursing interns received by our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into experimental group(received from October 2018 to March 2019)and control group(received from March September 2018),with 25 in each group.The control group received scheduled system,and the experimental group received one-to-one teaching method.The nursing satisfaction of teachers and patients,the skill scores of interns and the complaints received during the practice were compared.Results After one month of teaching,the satisfaction of teachers and patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of theoretical skills,operational skills and communication skills in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,and the complaint rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-to-one teaching can improve the theory,operation and communication ability of interns,and can also improve the satisfaction of teachers and patients to the nursing work of interns,so as to improve the teaching quality and nursing quality.
