《黄帝内经》属于四大经典之一,是中国现存最早的医学典籍,其奠定了人体生理、病理、诊断以及治疗的认识基础,对中国古代的医疗发展起到了深远的影响,被称之为医之始祖。成书年代众说纷纭,本文暂且不议。《黄帝内经》基本理论精神包括整体观念、阴阳五行、藏象经络、病因病机、诊法治则、预防养生和运气学说等,其中蕴含着丰富的中医哲学智慧。

Huangdi Neijing,one of the four great classics,is the earliest extant medical classics in China.It laid the foundation for the understanding of human physiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment,and exerted a profound influence on the development of medical treatment in ancient China.It is known as the ancestor of medicine.There are different opinions on the date of the book,so this article will not discuss it for the time being.The basic theoretical spirit of Huangdi Neijing includes the holistic concept,yin-yang and five elements,the meridians of Tibetan image,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment principles,prevention and health preservation,and the theory of luck,etc.,which contains rich wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine philosophy.
