桃红四物汤治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌血瘀证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨桃红四物汤对非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung carcinoma,NSCLC)血瘀证的改善作用。方法选择NSCLC血瘀证患者90例。随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,2组都应用常规抗肿瘤及对症处理,观察组加用桃红四物汤,以2周为1个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程后观察血小板计数、凝血机制、纤溶指标及中医症状。结果治疗后对照组的血浆凝血四项检查、DD、FDP、PAG水平较治疗前升高,而观察组较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为86.67%(39/45),优于对照组(68.89%)(31/45)。结论桃红四物汤能改善晚期NSCLC患者血液高凝状态,同时减少了肿瘤的复发及转移,值得临床广泛应用。

Objestive To investigate the improvement effect of the Taohong Siwu decoction in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with high coagulation state syndrome blood stasis.Methods 90 cases of advanced NSCLC patients were selected and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to random number table method.The two groups were given conventional anti-tumor and symptomatic treatment.The observation group was also given Taohong Siwu decoction.With 2 weeks for a period of treatment,the condition of blood platelet,time of bleeding and coagulating,fibrinolysis system and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were assessed after 3 cycles.Results The coagulation test 4 item,DDimer,FDP and PAG level of the control group after treatment was higher than that of the before treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the before treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the observation group after treatment was obviously improved.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%(39/45),which was better than that of the control group(68.89%)..Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction can improve the state of hypercoagulability in patients with advanced NSCLC with high coagulation state syndrome blood stasis,can reduce tumor recurrence and metastasis and have a significant effect on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome blood stasis efficacy,and it is worthy of wide range of clinical applications.
