医体结合对精神发育迟滞青少年注意力的影响

The Effect of Medical-Physical Combination on Attention of Mentally Retarded Adolescents

目的观察医学方法结合教育中的体育训练对精神发育迟滞(MR)青少年的影响。方法研究纳入MR青少年20例,给予梅花针叩刺、捏脊及体育训练干预,每周3次,共进行12周,治疗前后通过瑞典产Tobii眼动仪测试受试青少年对于数字的注意力。结果MR青少年干预前后观察兴趣区指定数字时,注视点的最大时间(MAX)、从接受任务到完成任务之间的平均时间和正确率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺、捏脊和体育教育干预12周可显著提高MR青少年注意能力。

Objective To observe the effect of medical methods combined with physical training in education on mental retardation of adolescents.Methods Twenty adolescents with mental retardation were treated with percussopunctator,chiropractic,and physical training three times per week for twelve weeks respectively.The attention of adolescents with mental retardation was tested through Tobii eye tracker made in Swedish before and after intervention treatment.Results The maximum fixation time of observing the specified numbers in interest area increased after intervention treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The average time between receiving and completing the task decreased,and the accuracy increased after intervention treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The attention ability of the adolescents with mental retardation was significantly improved after 12 weeks of treatment with percussopunctator,chiropractic and physical training.
