温针灸法治疗肩关节周围炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的分析肩关节周围炎患者采用温针灸治疗的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月收治的肩关节周围炎患者57例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(29例)与对照组(28例)。研究组患者给予温针灸治疗,对照组给予常规针刺法治疗。记录2组临床治疗效果,治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)及治疗前后肩关节活动度。结果研究组的总有效率为93.10%(27/29),高于对照组的64.29%(18/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组治疗后的肩关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗可使患者肩部疼痛等症状好转,表现出良好的治疗效果,在临床中具有推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 56 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)and the study group(n=29).Patients in the study group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while those in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.The clinical effects,visual pain analogue scale(VAS)and range of motion of shoulder before and after treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%(27/29),which was higher than that of the control group(64.29%,18/28),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the range of motion of shoulder joint in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can improve the symptoms such as shoulder pain,showing good therapeutic effect,and has the value of popularization and application in clinical practice.
