大七厘胶囊中松香酸补充检验方法研究

Study on the Supplementary Test Method of Rosin Acid in Daqili Capsule

目的建立大七厘胶囊中非法添加物质松香酸的检查方法。方法采用薄层色谱法初步检测、再运用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器进行验证。结果松香酸的测定范围在0~53.52μg/mL,呈良好的线性关系,r=0.998,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为3.2%。结论所建立的方法准确可靠,操作简单,可用于大七厘胶囊中松香酸的定性及定量研究。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of rosin acid in Daqili capsule.Methods Thin layer chromatography was used for preliminary detection and high performance liquid chromatography diode array detector was used for verification.Results The determination range of rosin acid was 0-53.52μg/mL,showing a good linear relationship,r=0.998,the average recovery was 100.4%,RSD was 3.2%.Conclusion The established method is accurate,reliable and easy to operate.It can be used for the qualitative and quantitative study of rosin acid in Daqili capsule.
