磁性医院理念对中医护理人员的内化作用研究

Study on the Internalization of the Concept of Magnetic Hospital to the Nursing Staff of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨医院中医护理人员对“磁性医院”理念内化作用的实施效果。方法对医院40名中医护理人员进行“磁性医院”理念的内化,通过遵从阶段、认同阶段、内化阶段的形式对“磁性医院”理念进行了更深刻的分析。结果医院实施“磁性医院”理念的内化后,护理人员工作各项指标高于内化前(P<0.05),护理人员的护理质量管理及满意度与往常相比有所提高,离职率大幅下降,改变了人员短缺现象。结论“磁性医院”理念内化构建的各方面举措内化于心,深化了护士的职业情怀,是稳定护理人才队伍行之有效的方案。

Objective To explore the application effect of the internalization of the concept of“magnetic hospital”to the nursing staff of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The concept of“magnetic hospital”was internalized for 40 nursing staff of traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital,and the concept of“magnetic hospital”was deeply analyzed through the forms of conformity stage,identification stage and internalization stage.Results After the implementation of the concept of“magnetic hospital”in hospital,the indexes of nursing staff work were obviously higher than that before(P<0.01),the nursing quality Management and satisfaction of nursing staff were improved compared with the usual,and the turnover rate of nurses decreased greatly,and the shortage of nursing staff was changed.Conclusion The internal construction of the concept of“magnetic hospital”has been built into the heart,deepened the professional feelings of nursing staff,and is an effective program to attract nurses to work with peace of mind and stabilize the nursing talent team.
