摘要
目的:分析经尺动脉穿刺治疗冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者的疗效。方法:应用医学样本勘验法,在某院心血管外科应用介入治疗的冠心病患者中随机选取60例作为研究对象,依据冠状动脉介入治疗环节方法不同,等分为参照组和实验组,给予参照组经桡动脉穿刺治疗,给予实验组经尺动脉穿刺治疗,临床记录和对比两组患者不同介入方式在临床疗效、血浆中炎性因子和凝固因子表达水平。结果:实验组临床疗效为100%,参照组临床疗效为96.67%,无显著差异(P>0.05);实验组和参照组在穿刺血管狭窄率、造影时间、止血时间、穿刺时间对比上无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:经尺动脉穿刺治疗冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者的临床疗效确切,与经桡动脉穿刺治疗同样具有较高的临床有效性和安全性,严格介入治疗环节禁忌症及其操作技巧,能从根本上提升治疗成效,实施手术前可根据患者病情发展情况选择两种不同的手术方案。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of percutaneous ulnar artery puncture on coronary intervention in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:According to the different methods of coronary intervention,60 coronary heart disease patients treated in a hospital were randomly selected as the subjects and divided into control group and experimental group.The reference group was given radial artery puncture treatment,and the experimental group was given percutaneous ulnar artery puncture,then the clinical efficacy and the expression levels of inflammatory factors and coagulation factors in the plasma of patients with different intervention modes were recorded and compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 100%,and that of the reference group was 96.67%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the rate of puncture stenosis,angiography time,hemostasis time and puncture time(P>0.05).Conclusion:To sum up,the clinical effect of percutaneous ulnar artery puncture in the treatment of coronary artery intervention in patients with coronary heart disease is accurate,and it has high clinical efficacy and safety as well astransradial radial artery puncture,which can fundamentally improve the therapeutic effect and choose two different surgical schemes according to the patient's condition.
