高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响及疗效分析

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Hemodynamics in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Curative Effect Analysis

目的:探讨高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死患者血流动力学及疗效的影响。方法:选取2018年2月~2020年2月某院收治的106例急性脑梗死患者,按照抽签的方法将其分为对照组和研究组各53例,对照组给予常规西药(血塞通)进行治疗,研究组给予高压氧进行治疗,对两组患者的NIHSS评分、Rankin评分以及血流动力学指标进行比较。结果:研究组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术后脑血流动力学参数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑梗死患者采用高压氧进行治疗,对患者的血流动力学指标具有明显的改善效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on hemodynamics and curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:106 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=53)and study group(n=53)according to the method of lottery.The control group was given conventional western medicine(Xuesaitong)for treatment,and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,then the NIHSS score,Rankin score and hemodynamic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Cerebral hemodynamic parameters after operation were better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve the hemodynamic index of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
