瑞巴派特联合益生菌治疗Hp相关性十二指肠溃疡的疗效

Efficacy of Ribapamide Combined with Probiotics in the Treatment of HP Related Duodenal Ulcer

目的:瑞巴派特联合益生菌治疗Hp相关性十二指肠溃疡的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月某院收治的Hp相关性十二指肠溃疡患者120例进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组与对照组各60例,对照组予基础的四联疗法治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上予瑞巴派特联合益生菌辅助治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清学指标与炎症因子,治疗后Hp根除率与不良反应。结果:治疗后研究组IgA、IgG显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后CRP、IL-6、IL-8显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Hp根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组用药不良反应率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在Hp相关性十二指肠溃疡的治疗中在四联疗法的基础上辅助瑞巴派特联合益生菌治疗可有效提高治疗效果,并且治疗中不良反应少。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ribapamide combined with probiotics in the treatment of HP related duodenal ulcer.Methods:120 patients with Hp related duodenal ulcer admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with basic quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with ribapamide combined with probiotics on the basis of the control group,then the serological markers,inflammatory factors before and after treatment,Hp eradication rate,and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,IgA and IgG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Hp eradication rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp related duodenal ulcer,the treatment of ribapamide combined with probiotics can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and has fewer adverse reactions.
