美洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心衰的效果和对心功能的影响观察

摘要 目的:观察美洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心衰的临床治疗效果以及对患者心功能的影响。方法:将某院收治冠心病心衰患者72例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组给予常规抗心衰治疗,观察组给予美洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组临床疗效及对心功能的影响。结果:对比对照组,观察组总有效率更高,左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)各心功能指标改善更为理想,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率存在差异,差异不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:美洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心衰临床疗效较高,而且能降低不良反应,改善患者的心功能,安全性较高,可以推广应用。 Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)heart failure and its effect on the cardiac function of patients.Methods:72 patients with coronary heart failure admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment,and the observation group was given metoprolol combined with trimetazidine treatment,then the clinical efficacy and effect on cardiac function of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were better improved,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),showing no statistical significance.Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart failure has higher clinical efficacy,and can reduce adverse reactions,improve the cardiac function of patients,with high safety,which can be popularized and applied.
