复方氯己定含漱液联合正畸治疗牙周病的临床疗效及对并发症发生率的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Chlorhexidine Gargle Combined with Orthodontics in the Treatment of Periodontal Disease and Its Influence on the Incidence of Complications

目的:探讨复方氯己定含漱液联合正畸治疗牙周病的临床疗效及对并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2019年5月~2020年5月间某院口腔科诊治的50例牙周病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组施以单纯正畸治疗,观察组采用复方氯己定含漱液联合正畸治疗,观察对比两组的治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方氯己定含漱液联合正畸治疗牙周病的临床效果较好,安全性高,值得推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with orthodontics in the treatment of periodontal disease and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods:From May 2019 to may 2020,50 patients with periodontal disease were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with orthodontic treatment.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with orthodontics in the treatment of periodontal disease clinical effect is good,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
