布地奈德和孟鲁司特钠联用对小儿慢性咳嗽治疗效果的药学分析

Pharmaceutical Analysis of the Effect of Budesonide and Montelukast Sodium on Children with Chronic Cough

目的:分析布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年11月~2019年11月期间于某院医治慢性咳嗽的60例小儿患者,以患儿采取的不同用药方案为分组依据,将其分为单用布地奈德的对照组和布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠的研究组各30例,对比两组临床效果、不良反应率以及治疗后的肺功能指标。结果:研究组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%;并且研究组治疗后的用力肺活量、第1s用力呼气容积、第1s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量均比对照组高,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,研究组不良反应总发生率为10%,比对照组的20%稍低,但两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德、孟鲁司特钠联合治疗小儿慢性咳嗽不仅疗效显著且安全性高,临床可以为患儿积极应用,以改善其肺通气功能。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of budesonide+montelukast sodium on children with chronic cough.Methods:A total of 60 pediatric patients who were treated for chronic cough in a hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(budesonide alone)and the study group(budesonide+monolustra sodium),with 30 cases in each group.The clinical effect,adverse reaction rate and pulmonary function index after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group;After treatment,the forced vital capacity,the first second forced expiratory volume,the first second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10%,which was slightly lower than that in the control group(20%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of budesonide and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with chronic cough is not only effective but also safe,which can be actively used for children to improve their lung ventilation function in clinic.
