氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的临床研究及对患者康复效果分析

Clinical Study of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction and Its Effect on Rehabilitation of Patients

目的:对使用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者的临床疗效及患者的康复效果进行分析。方法:以104例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林)和对照组(氯吡格雷)。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗后的凝血功能均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的血管再通率显著高于对照组,心绞痛发生率及心肌梗死复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者能够有效改善患者临床症状,对改善患者康复预后状况具有较高价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and rehabilitation effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:104 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into study group(clopidogrel+aspirin)and control group(clopidogrel).Results:The total effective rate and coagulation function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Blood vessel recanalization rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of angina pectoris and the recurrence rate of myocardial infarction were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and has high value in improving the rehabilitation prognosis of patients.
