标准化干预程序在重症心力衰竭患者中的运用

Application of Standardized Intervention Procedures in Patients with Severe Heart Failure

目的:探究标准化干预程序在重症心力衰竭病人护理中的运用效果。方法:2018年12月~2019年12月,某院重症监护室一共收治心力衰竭病人110例,按照随机数字法将病人分为研究组和对照组,研究组70例采用标准化干预程序,对照组40例采用常规护理干预,在干预结束后,统计两组患者的各项指标,并采用统计学方法进行比较。结果:研究组干预12h、干预24h、干预72h的Memorial心力衰竭症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后的收缩压水平、舒张压水平、心率水平小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在重症监护室心力衰竭病人的护理中应用标准化干预程序,可有效改善患者的症状评分,改善患者的血压水平与心率水平。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized intervention procedures in the nursing of patients with severe heart failure.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,a total of 110 patients with heart failure were admitted to a hospital.Patients were divided into two groups according to random number method.70 patients in the study group were given standardized intervention procedures,and the remaining 40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.After the end of the intervention,various indicators of patients in the two groups were counted and compared by statistical methods.Results:Memorial heart failure symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after 12h,24h and 72h of intervention(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized intervention procedures in the care of patients with heart failure in intensive care unit can effectively improve the patient's symptom score,blood pressure and heart rate.
