探讨信息化血糖管理模式对髋部骨折合并2型糖尿病在手术中的应用及优势分析

The Effects of Information-based Blood Glucose Management Mode in the Operation of Hip Fracture Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Advantage

目的:探究信息化血糖管理模式对髋部骨折合并2型糖尿病患者在手术中的应用及优势分析。方法:收集2019年1月~2019年12月就诊的髋部骨折合并2型糖尿病患者140例,采用抽签法对患者分为对照组和观察组各70例。对照组行常规血糖管理,观察组行信息化血糖管理模式,比较两组患者住院时间、血糖达标率、不良事件发生率。结果:观察组患者住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),观察组术前1d血糖达标率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组不良事件发生率(4.29%)低于对照组(11.43%)(P>0.05)。结论:对髋部骨折合并2型糖尿病患者行信息化血糖管理模式,应用有效率高。

Objective:To explore the effects of information-based blood glucose management mode in hip fracture patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 140 patients with hip fracture complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received routine blood glucose management,while the observation group received information-based blood glucose management mode.The hospitalization time,blood glucose compliance rate and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the blood glucose reaching rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group one day before operation(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(4.29%)was lower than that in the control group(11.43%,P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hip fracture complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the application of information-based blood glucose management mode has high effective rate.
