疼痛干预对骨肿瘤手术患者镇痛效果研究

Study on Analgesic Effect of Pain Intervention on Patients Undergoing Bone Tumor Surgery

目的:分析疼痛干预应用于骨肿瘤手术患者疼痛控制中的效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年8月30例某院收治的骨肿瘤手术患者,根据患者护理干预方法不同分为研究组(采取常规护理联合疼痛干预)与对照组(采取常规护理)各15例,比较两组患者镇痛效果以及治疗前后HAMD评分以及ADL评分的差异。结果:研究组患者镇痛效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后HAMD评分以及ADL评分改善幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛干预的应用有助于提高骨肿瘤手术患者镇痛效果,从而改善患者的抑郁情绪和生活能力,值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pain intervention in pain control of patients undergoing bone tumor surgery.Methods:30 cases of bone tumor surgery patients admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into study group(conventional nursing combined with pain intervention,15 cases)and control group(conventional nursing,15 cases)according to different nursing intervention methods.The effect of pain control,HAMD score and ADL score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain control effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The HAMD score and ADL score of the two groups were improved significantly before and after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pain intervention is helpful to improve the pain control effect of patients undergoing bone tumor surgery,so as to improve patients'depressive mood and life ability,which is worthy of promotion.
