人工髋关节置换术中健康教育的实施及疗效探究

Study on the Implementation and Curative Effect of Health Education of Artificial Hip Replacement

目的:分析健康教育在人工髋关节置换术中的效果。方法:选取2019年9月~2020年9月某院收治的行人工髋关节置换术的患者104例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组(采取健康教育)与对照组(采取常规护理)各52例,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、术后下床活动时间以及总住院时间等指标的差异。结果:观察组各观察指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育的应用有助于缩短人工髋关节置换术的手术时间,降低术中出血量,有助于降低患者术后并发症发生率,促使患者早期下床活动,从而尽早康复出院,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health education in artificial hip replacement.Methods:A total of 104 patients admitted to a hospital for hip arthroplasty from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into observation group(52 patients received health education)and control group(52 patients received routine nursing).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complication rate,postoperative ambulation time and total hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education is helpful to shorten the operation time of artificial hip replacement,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote patients to get out of bed early,so as to recover as soon as possible,which is worthy of popularization and application.
